These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Her Health Hub Ltd provides services. By booking, purchasing or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Her Health Hub Ltd provides education, consultancy, workplace training, coaching, events and related wellbeing services.

Scope of Services

Services are provided as described in proposals, booking confirmations, invoices or written communications. Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed in writing.

Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing. Fees are payable as set out in the invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a service, notice must be provided in writing.

For individual bookings, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be charged in full.

For organisational or workplace services, cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date may be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Her Health Hub reserves the right to reschedule services where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative dates will be offered.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring participants are informed of the nature of the services. For workplace services, the Client is responsible for ensuring a suitable environment, facilities and technology are available.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content and resources provided by Her Health Hub remain the intellectual property of Her Health Hub unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded or reproduced without prior written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

While Her Health Hub maintains confidentiality, we cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings such as workshops or events and encourage participants to respect the privacy of others.

Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data protection law. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

Her Health Hub will provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

Her Health Hub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, technical failures or government restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Her Health Hub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be made available on our website.
